Greg Tarnacki is the CEO of Future Holographic, a pioneering spatial computing and Extended Reality (XR) value-added reseller (VAR) and consulting firm. Under his leadership, Future Holographic integrates cutting-edge XR solutions into healthcare, focusing on applications like medical training, pain management, and mood enhancement to improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
 

Greg is also the founder of 18Loop, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that deploys Virtual Reality (VR) to help pediatric oncology patients tolerate treatment, recover, and thrive. Through partnerships with healthcare providers and XR innovators, 18Loop brings hope and comfort to children battling cancer.

With nearly 20 years of experience in technology sales, Greg has worked on initiatives in network infrastructure, business intelligence, cloud, and IT consulting. After leaving the private sector, he completed a year of service with AmeriCorps, helping Opportunity Youth in Newark, NJ, prepare for college and careers.
 

Greg holds a BA from Seton Hall University and advanced certificates in Artificial Intelligence (MIT) and Blockchain (Oxford). He is currently pursuing a dual MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership at Cornell University, where he focuses on AI and spatial computing. This Spring, Greg’s writing will be featured in Mental Health Virtual Reality: The Power of Immersive Worlds, an academic handbook on XR’s role in health and wellness.

Greg’s career reflects a unique blend of innovation and service, with a relentless drive to advance technology for the greater good, particularly in healthcare.
